From the South:
Take I-93 North to Boston. Take Exit #20 to I-90 east/Logan Airport. You will enter a new tunnel toward Logan. Inside the tunnel, take Exit 25/South Boston. Stay straight and towards "Seaport Blvd," continue straight (E. Service Rd) until the second set of lights. Turn right on to Seaport Blvd continue straight and it will become Northern Avenue. Go through the rotary and turn right  (Approximately 100 ft.) on to Harbor Street. Go almost to the end, just before Drydock Avenue, and turn right on to Channel Street. Park in front of the first building on the right (12 Channel St) and take the elevator to the third floor (lobby).
       
 
From the North:
 Take 93S to Boston.
Take the South Station exit (bear left then immediate right) to Summer Street to South Boston. At the 6ed set of lights, take a left into the Marine Industrial Park.
12 Channel St. is the 9-storey cream and beige color building on the first left. Parking in the front.

From the West:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east bound (90E) to S. Boston Exit (Exit 25), bear left and exit on the "Seaport Blvd" side, continue straight (E. Service Rd) until the second set of lights.
Turn right on to Seaport Blvd continue straight and it will become Northern Avenue. Go through the rotary and turn right  (Approximately 100 ft.) on to Harbor Street. Go almost to the end, just before Drydock Avenue, and turn right on to Channel Street. From the East (Logan Airport):
Take the Ted Williams Tunnel (there is a $3 toll). Take Exit 25/South Boston. At the traffic lights turn right onto Congress Street. Follow Congress St to Northern Avenue. Turn right onto Northern Avenue and proceed into Marine Industrial Park. Shortly after you enter the industrial park, turn right onto Channel St. (Second building on the right – 9 story Brown and Beige Bldg).
